What does it include?

Sailing sessions along the city´s coastline on a yacht.
Panoramic view of Barcelona from the sea.
Basic sailing techniques.
Includes use of changing rooms and lockers, life vest and medical insurance.
50% off to the Maritim Museum.
Visit to “Sta. Eulalia Pailebot” included.
Departures: Mondays to Sundays 5:00 pm and also on Sundays 11:30 am.

The ticket includes 50% discount in the admission to Museu Marítim de Barcelona (Av. de les Drassanes, s/n) and Pailebot Santa Eulàlia (Moll de la Fusta - Port Vell de Barcelona).

The activity takes place in a natural setting opposite the Olympic marina and provides a completely different view of the city.
From the sea you will be able to spot landmarks such as the skyscrapers of the Olympic marina, the Sagrada Família, the Cathedral, Tibidabo hill, the Collserola communications tower and the Agbar tower.
During the sailing session you will be taught basic techniques and sail on different routes, taking advantage of the power of the wind and enjoying the unique sensation of moving on water. After the session, celebrate your maiden voyage with a glass of cava!

Operates:

From April to October 2011.

Days / Times:

Monday to Saturday: 5 pm.
Sundays: 11.30 am & 5 pm.

Duration:

2 hours.

Centre Municipal de Vela - CMV.
Moll de Gregal, s/n. Port Olimpic.
Bus: 71, 45, 59, 6. Barcelona Bus Turístic.
Metro: (L4) Ciutadella - Vila Olímpica.

Conditions:

Previous bookings needed 48h before.
Check in at the sailing club 15 min. before the session commences.
To be aged 7 years old or over.
Participants from 7 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
To be able to swim.
Complete change of clothes.
