No bulls’ heads, no fans, no Andalusian prints. Las Carboneras has revitalised the concept of the flamenco bar. The decoration is different, the cuisine is different, but the artistry remains unchanged. This popular spot, which opened 11 years ago on the ground floor of the Conde de Miranda palace near the Plaza Mayor, offers live daily performances of flamenco singing, dancing and guitar.
